WHO WE ARE

NINJA Holistic Health and Fitness is a private in-home personal training company that serves the Bucks and Mercer County areas of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  

Founded and operated by local health and fitness expert Kevin Walsh, NINJA HH&F works with clients through highly effective, individually customized training programs that deliver life changing results.  We come to your home, provide all the necessary exercise equipment, and can accommodate any schedule.  All you have to do is open the front door.

THE NINJA TRAINING APPROACH

Our training approach is simple: help clients achieve their biggest health and fitness goals in the privacy of their own home through our proprietary program, which combines 4 essential elements - DIET, EXERCISE, SLEEP, and STRESS MANAGEMENT.  Kevin calls these the "4 Pillars of Health".  They are universal to every human on the planet and directly apply to every goal imaginable.  By addressing and balancing these four essential components of well being, we are able to map out and execute a flawless game plan for success - no stone left unturned.  
Kevin is a firm believer in training people as health and fitness "students" - not just clients.  People should be transformed into feeling empowered, to be masters of their own well being.  Learning and living the principles of a holistic lifestyle allows you to not only make positive changes in your own life, but to become a living example for others to follow as well.  A fit and flexible body, healthy nutritional habits, and boundless energy from sunrise to sunset are the marks of triumph for a successful client - a ninja!   Our training style lays the groundwork for endless self-improvement and ensures that you avoid plateauing along the way.  

KEVIN'S STORY

His journey began back in 2008 as a 210 pound self-indulgent college student.  At that point Kevin was living almost entirely off of deep fried food, soda, and candy.  He was also smoking up to a half a pack of cigarettes a day.  Suffering from chronic low back problems, adrenal fatigue, and frequent debilitating chest pains, he realized that he desperately needed a complete lifestyle overhaul.  The prospect of continuing to spiral downwards toward an ever worsening state of health ignited a fire within him to make drastic changes.
One by one Kevin began systematically eradicating his self-destructive health habits.  By focusing his awareness on that new found burning desire to change, new positive habits started replacing old negative ones.  Over the next few years he lost 50 pounds, adopted a completely organic diet, kicked the cigarettes to the curb, and became a high performance athlete.  His health transformation inspired him to help others do the same in their own lives, and in 2011 he became certified as a personal trainer.  
After several years of working with hundreds of different clients Kevin came to a realization: the only way to achieve and maintain lifelong results is by building deep self-awareness and living a truly holistic lifestyle.  This spurred him to further and further hone his own lifestyle in order to serve as the best possible real life example for others.  

In doing so he discovered that there are 4 aspects of health universal to all of us, which he named the "4 Pillars of Health" - DIET, EXERCISE, SLEEP, and STRESS MANAGEMENT.  And thus NINJA was born - a unique, multi faceted program designed to help people of any age achieve phenomenal health.  
Today, Kevin continues to use his highly effective 4 Pillar method to help clients reach their goals.  His vision is to one day guide millions of people around the world through his holistic health and fitness program and personal experiences.  We ALL possess the power to make our biggest health and fitness dreams a living reality.  If Kevin can make the kind of changes he has made, just imagine what is possible for you ... be bold and chase your dreams!
